Shipping Policy

Tracking + Address or order Change

All orders come with tracking! You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a link to track your order 24/7 at the time of shipment. We cannot edit or change an order after it has been placed! To cancel and reorder you must email us within 30 minutes of placing the order, otherwise it likely has already been pulled and packed.


We offer 3 options for shipping at checkout:
STANDARD SHIPPING: order ships in 2-4 days and delivers within 7-10 days from shipping.
PRIORITY SHIPPING: order ships same or next day and delivers to you within 1-3 days of shipping.

EVENT EXPRESS: order ships same or next day and delivers either next day or within 2 days of ordering.

International Shipping

International orders (outside USA) please note that we will NOT partially fulfill your order, meaning we will WAIT until all items are available to send before sending your order. Orders ship in 4-6 days, or when all items become available via USPS and delivery speeds depend on your location. Typically takes about 1 week for Canada, 2 weeks for Australia and UK, and 2 weeks for everywhere else. Buyer is responsible for knowing their country's import duty fees/taxes and paying those respected costs.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is based on your location and the weight of the package which is calculated at checkout.

Order Updates

If your order has not shipped after 7 days please email us at to check on the status of your order. Most preorders take 3 weeks. Please include the name on your order as well as your order number.

Pre-order Items

Shipping speed is unique to the color or specific item, please read descriptions on pre-order items or reach out to us.

Lost Mail

In the case that your order says "delivered" but you have not received it, first, please check with a neighbor as it is in the wrong mailbox 99% of the time. Buyer is responsible for contacting USPS in the case of a lost package, however please alert us if you have not received your order.


In the case that you forget to include the apartment number on your order and it gets returned to us, we will ask that you cover the cost to resend the package. If you have just placed your order, please contact us within 4 hours of ordering to update your address.

At Gardenbelle Shop, we aim for the smallest footprint possible throughout the entire process of knitting,
weaving, sewing and shipping our items. We list all measurements in the item descriptions and do our best to answer any questions you have via our website chat and Email. At this time we do not accept returns, but please contact us if there is a problem with your order. If you are not in love with your piece, you can also likely sell it on our buy sell trade page where many customers are shopping daily.
